Maryann also serves as Head of Partnerships and Fundraising at Women for Sustainable Energy and Climate Action (W4SECA) – Central Africa Association, mobilizing female professionals and entrepreneurs in the climate and energy sectors across Central Africa, fostering collaboration and resource alignment.

Garance Aulagne is an expert in stakeholder engagement and ecosystem mobilization for the ecological and social transition. For 5 and a half years, she served as Head of Global Engagement at ChangeNOW, the world’s largest event dedicated to solutions for the planet. Garance is also the founder of the Women for Change program at ChangeNOW, which has showcased nearly 120 pioneering women driving the global transition. Through this initiative, she champions a form of leadership that embodies and inspires the new models our societies need She is no stranger to this line of work, as for several years she was involved in TEDx conferences as well as youth-led initiatives. For 5 and a half years, she served as Head of Global Engagement at ChangeNOW, the world’s largest event dedicated to solutions for the planet.

A seasoned communicator, Dorothy has hosted more than 600 events, panel discussions and interviews throughout her 15-year career in the media and business sectors. A former journalist and radio host, she is a sought-after moderator, facilitator, consultant and catalyst on matters related to social issues, women empowerment and gender equality, youth empowerment and mentorship, media, entrepreneurship, culture, civic engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). She is also the founder of Strength of Our Convictions, an international academy of communication (Académie internationale en communication LA FORCE DE NOS CONVICTIONS).
Coralie LOLLIOT is a strategic leader with a passion for policy development, executive education, and impact-driven investments. A graduate of Oxford University, she began her career at UNESCO, contributing to the Futures of Education initiative led by Ethiopian President * Sahle-Work Zewde. She then took the helm of Women Working for Change and The Disrupters Club, rallying corporate leaders from ECOBANK, SanlamAllianz, Roche, Diageo, and Coca-Cola Africa, securing sponsorships to advance gender diversity and African entrepreneurship. Coralie currently holds the position of Africa Development Manager at the world's second- Beyond her institutional work, she is the Founder of Elsa & Felicity, a breathwork platform dedicated to mental well-being, and Vice-President for Africa at WeAreInvictae, a private impact investment network connecting African female industrialists with global investors to drive large-scale economic transformation.
